Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: cash, card, online payment.
Pre‑paid packages are non‑refundable once sessions have commenced, unless cancellation is due to medical reasons (documentation may be required).
Refunds are not given for unused services without valid reason.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide high‑quality clinical care, we do not guarantee results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.
